Before you get here :

Participants must arrive at least 30 minutes before their session. Anyone not ready at least 15 minutes before the time of booking will be denied access to the wave. No credit or refund will be issued to latecomers. All surfers must wear a shirt, a swimsuit and have a towel. Anyone without a shirt on will not be admitted on the wave. Also, make sure to bring sandals and a padlock for your locker.

* All participants must do the initiation course before being able to buy sessions.
*Every sessions are for one person. They cannot be exchanged.

REFUND POLICY:

OASIS SURF DIX30 does not offer any refunds under any circumstances.

CANCELLATION, DELAY & NON-PRESENCE POLICY:

Any modification of the date and time for a group of 5 people or less must be done 72 hours or more before the time of your reservation. After this deadline, no changes can be made. Any change of date and time for a group of 6 people or more must be made 7 days or more before the time of your reservation. After this deadline no changes can be made. The number of participants registered in a booking is final. Once the reservation is confirmed, no changes will be made to the number of participants. Any delay, absence or non-presence on the part of a participant is the sole responsibility of the participant and will not be compensated in any way and under any circumstances. OASIS SURF DIX30 recommends that all participants arrive at least 30 minutes before the time of their booking.

DRESS CODE & RECOMMENDED EQUIPMENT:

All participants must wear a swimsuit and a shirt at all time. OASIS SURF DIX30 recommends to all participants the following equipment: a towel, a pair of sandals & a padlock.
